How do I book a car?



Please contact us by phone or fill and submit our online booking form.  We recommend to book at least 24 hours in advance for major/ special events or if you need a specific car. For same day/ last minute reservations please call us at (+61 434 696 786). We will do our best to accommodate you. Our booking office hours are 6:00am to 11:00pm 7 days a week







Do I need to confirm my booking?



For phone bookings we will send you a text message or an email to re-confirm the details of your booking to avoid any ambiguity. Please reply back to confirm the booking details.







How will I locate my driver at Melbourne airport?

  • Arriving at Qantas domestic terminal : The driver will be waiting for you, holding your name sign at chauffeur meeting point, next to the luggage collection area.
  • Arriving at Virgin domestic terminal: The driver will be waiting for you, holding your name sign next to escalators at the luggage collection area.
  • Arriving at Jetstar/ Tiger/ Rex domestic terminal: The driver will be waiting for you, holding your name sign next to escalators at the luggage collection area.
  • Arriving at International terminal: The driver will be waiting for you, holding your name sign next to “Optus shop”

How can i make sure that the car  will turn uo on time?

We will communicate with you via text message/ phone, to keep you informed about time of arrival in accordance with the booking time.   

How does pricing work?



Prices may vary depending upon pick-up/drop-off locations, number of passengers and time of travel. Please refer to our pricing page as a guide and contact us for a quote on any trip across Melbourne/ Regional Victoria.







Are there any additional costs involved?



Additional costs are usually required in circumstances where you need a child seat, a specific or larger car. Extra-ordinary waiting time and multiple pick-up/drop-off points may also  attract additional costs.







What are my payment options?



We accept credit/ debit cards, paypal, bank transfer and cash payments. You can quote your credit card at the time of booking or pay to driver at the end of each trip.







What is your Cancellation Policy?



We require at least 24-hour notice to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel less than twenty four hours before your scheduled pick up time, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee.







What if I need help with luggage?



Our chauffeurs are always happy to assist you with your luggage, managing baby seats and anything else that will allow your journey to be more comfortable.  







Flight delays and changes:



As the estimated arrival time for your flight approaches, our system automatically updates your reservation with any changes in arrival time. You do not need to call us if your flight is delayed. You do need to call us if your flight information changes (e.g., if you are bumped to a different flight or you miss your flight)
